Unify an iconic brand with a modern world-class e-commerce experience.

Cuisinart is an iconic brand that many products are handed down from generation to generation creating that unbreakable loyalty. We needed to refresh the thinking and the approach to continue to create the emotional attachment to the brand. The evolution of the digital presence for Cuisinart was starting with the website, the entry place and where users hopefully comeback to engage with the brand.

In updating Cuisinart’s brand language we wanted to pay tribute to the rich history of this timeless brand that its products have been passed down from generation. So conveying that humanity while being authentic and modern to appeal to all audiences while being true to the brand mission of “The art of the Possible”. And bringing to life culinary education to all while producing innovative, functional products.

User-Focused Experience

We utilized mouseflow heat maps and GA data to identify ux enhancements to optimize the user journey making it easier to find products and reduce the number of clicks to purchase.

Streamlined Navigation

An updated navigation reduces friction and makes it easier for users to find product categories and products faster, while empowering the marketing team to promote products with ease.

First Impressions

We knew that the first impression of the new web experience was crucial for the brand, leveraging authentic imagery that reflects the moments spent in the kitchen with family and adding that emotional connection to it’s products. Carefully crafted designs for both mobile and desktop ensure the new experience meets consumers where they are, from finding new products to searching for recipes.

Revamping the recipe section was a crucial part of keeping customers engaged with the brand. Giving them a reason to keep coming back to the site, as well as enhance there experience either post purchased or recipes convincing them to purchase a new product to make the recipe.
