Creating the “Tesla” of the home buying experience.
There are many time-consuming steps that go into the home buying process; from home searching, home building, financing, and the post homeowner experience.
Whereoware and Century Communities partnered together to create the ability for all these steps to be completed digitally. This level of innovation made them the first home builder in the industry to enable this type of business transformation.
While buying a home is typically the largest purchase someone will make in their life, enabling data driven personalized experiences was necessary to give customers the comfort in completing this process entirely online.
The User Journey
We started with documenting the various user types, their needs and actions they to take to improve the experience. We also noted unique features and content needed to execute those goals.

User Flows
We then created user flows for the various actions, to ensure we had the correct steps, and alignment with the business.

Buy-On-Line Form
We created a new multistep form for homebuyers to place a deposit on there new home.

Homebuyer Dashboard
The goal of the dashboard was to provide transparency for the homebuyer on the progress of their new home. Reducing frustration and calls to the sales team. Build updates and photos of progress provided a better communication tool between Century and buyers enhancing the overall home building experience, and customer satisfaction.
